We will review the information provided and determine whether your matter falls within the specialised areas of family law that we handle, including complex property and parenting matters.
3. Speak with Salem Kassem
If your matter is suitable, our Principal Family Lawyer, Salem Kassem, will contact you and arrange your free 60-minute initial consultation.
Your consultation can be conducted by phone, Microsoft Teams (On-Line) or in person at a location that suits you.
4. Understand your options
Salem will discuss your circumstances, answer your questions and explain your legal options. If you decide you would like Dara Family Law to act for you, we will provide you with a fixed-fee schedule outlining the anticipated costs of your matter. Affordable, transparent and fixed.
