Our process begins by completing the booking form below. This provides us with some initial information about your circumstances and your preferred date & time for an Initial Strategy Consultation with our Principal Lawyer, Mr. Salem Kassem.
Once we receive your enquiry, a member of our team will contact you to discuss your matter, answer any questions and confirm that Dara Family Law is the right fit to assist you.
If your matter is suitable, we will confirm your consultation booking and help you to arrange payment of the $500 consultation fee.

Consultation Fee
The Initial Strategy Consultation is an investment of $500 (inclusive of GST).

If you choose to engage Dara Family Law within 7 days of your consultation, this full amount will be credited towards your first legal invoice — meaning your Initial Strategy Consultation effectively becomes part of the legal services we provide to you.
